In this solo episode, Tiffany Lachelle reflects on experiences from her teacher preparation program and recent encounters with students that are pursuing the teaching profession. She discusses specific issues that have centered and created a discomfort in regards to her speech. These encounters describe her decision for why she decided to retire the societal norm and to simply show up as herself.
